Great value for money Rooms. Staff. Location

We had a 3 bedroom ground floor unit next to the pool. Because the mini apartment was long it meant the kids were down one end and us the other giving us much appreciated space. Bang Toa Beach was lovely to swim at and spend the day, much nicer than the other we visited. The hotel offer an easy transport service to and from the beach and local shops. Would definitely stay again. Food at their restaurant was pretty good, breakfast buffet was nothing special but adequate. There is also a little cafe next door not afflicted which was very reasonable and great to grab something from anytime of the day.

Rooms had all the facilities that you required for a long family vacation. Kitchen appliances and crockery were in place and they took cleaning of their property very seriously. Loved the resort

The staff and service was excellent. Notably the hotel manager Su who was very kind and considerate. Generally all staff are very super polite and helpful which we have grown to love and expect in our 4th time in Phuket. Hotel is new with good facilities and constantly being cleaned everywhere and very well kept. it's great and very convenient to have a restaurant as part of the hotel adjoining the pool. We could eat/relax and watch the kids play. It would be even better if they could expand the kids area a little bit as there were alot of families staying there. Very convenient to have a private shuttle service available to take us to the beach and to the shopping/restaurant area. All in all we were satisfied and happy with our stay . It only fell short of top score from the dislikes we mentioned.

Great pool, well shaded and spacious.It is a few degrees cooler in the pool area than it is outside. The restaurant was excellent quality. The happy hour and meal deals made it great value. Complimentary bus to the beach and to Boat Avenue shops was a great benefit. Staff were extremely friendly.
