Great value for money Rooms. Staff. Location

We had a 3 bedroom ground floor unit next to the pool. Because the mini apartment was long it meant the kids were down one end and us the other giving us much appreciated space. Bang Toa Beach was lovely to swim at and spend the day, much nicer than the other we visited. The hotel offer an easy transport service to and from the beach and local shops. Would definitely stay again. Food at their restaurant was pretty good, breakfast buffet was nothing special but adequate. There is also a little cafe next door not afflicted which was very reasonable and great to grab something from anytime of the day.

Rooms had all the facilities that you required for a long family vacation. Kitchen appliances and crockery were in place and they took cleaning of their property very seriously. Loved the resort

We loved our stay at diamond resort so much, the staff are so polite attentive and are a real credit to this place. The pool was beautiful our room was extremely comfortable, and the gym/sauna although small were a bonus. We really enjoyed our breakfast too which was included in the price and open until 2PM !!!, the selection of food was great including both breakfast and lunch items at once which was perfect if u wanted to utilise the free buffet more in the middle of the day rather than first thing. We ate at the restaurant once and had cocktails a few times which were always a high standard and reasonably priced for the service. Special shout out for the thai green curry !!!

Excellent location, we especially enjoyed the ease and convenience of the free shuttle bus which took us to the key spots every day. The hotel is run very efficiently which is evident in their quality. Thank you to Ton for being so helpful, he was always very happy to see us and give us advice on what to do around Phuket. He helped us to book Carnival Magic which was the most incredible experience of our lives. Overall, I cannot fault this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the staff went out of their way for us. I’d like to mention that there was no space in the shuttle bus on the way back to the hotel so the driver called us another driver immediately to come and collect us as to not leave us stranded! Above and beyond. Thank you.
